Shipping & Delivery

Terms of delivery
The following delivery conditions apply:

Delivery area
Delivery is made within Germany as well as in Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

Shipping costs
We charge the following costs for shipping:

Deliveries within Germany: flat rate 6,00 € and free of shipping costs from an order value of 100 €.
Deliveries to the Netherlands: flat rate 9,00 € and free of shipping costs from an order value of 100 €.
Deliveries to Austria and Switzerland: flat rate 12,00 € and free of shipping costs from an order value of 100 €.

Delivery periods
Unless a different time period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of products within Germany shall take place within a period of 2 to 5 days after conclusion of the contract. For international deliveries, this period is 5 to 7 days from conclusion of the contract. Please take into account that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the products in one shipment unless individual arrangements have been made with you. In such a case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest stated delivery time in your order.
